Justrite Flammable Liquid Safety Cabinet

Premium safety cabinets for enhanced safety & protection

Independently fire tested for up to 10 minutes at 861°C, keeping contents below 163°C (the auto-ignition temperature for most flammable liquids)
Exceeds HSG51 & DSEAR requirements
Measures 1651mm high x 1092mm wide x 864mm deep, with a storage capacity of 341 litres of flammable liquid
Fully welded, double-wall steel construction with 38mm of insulating air space for increased fire resistance
Also features dual vents with flame arresters, four adjustable self-levelling feet and a built-in grounding connector
All cabinets are secured with a high-quality cylinder lock (2 keys supplied) and for additional security it is possible for you to add your own padlock if required. The innovative U-Loc™ handle effortlessly latches the door closed

Choose from manual or self-closing door options using the drop-down box

Manually closed doors, while capable of being inadvertently left open, provide a tight seal when closed and can be locked and padlocked to ensure maximum protection under fire conditions

Self-closing doors are held open by ‘fusible links’ which under fire conditions (when the ambient temperature reaches 74°C) will melt and enable the doors to automatically swing shut, providing an additional level of safety and peace of mind

Includes 2 galvanised steel shelves (with a small slope) to direct any spills to the back of the cabinet and into the leak proof sump / cabinet base

Shelf position can be adjusted in 76mm increments and has a 159kg safe load capacity

Supplied fully assembled with Trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels that read “FLAMMABLE – KEEP FIRE AWAY” and are highly visible under fire conditions or during power outages when illuminated with a flashlight

Finished using high-grade lead-free epoxy-polyester powder coating finish providing excellent chemical and corrosion resistance
